Can't back up since Lollipop

Since I've put Lollipop on my Sprint M7, it won't back up. When you try to manually do it, it says the email and password have been changed and asks for you to re-enter your account email and password. Problem is, when you enter the email address, the OK button is shaded and it won't respond.
Anyone else have issues backing up?
