I just spent the last 4 hours between sprint and BB the end result I had to exchange my new E4GLTE due to connectivity issues. I was unable to send or receive text messages phone calls and onternet. The error code I was getting was 97 which meant I was unable to establish a connection with the wireless network. I wanted to post here to everyone know. I had the phone for a week no issues before this. Hopefully this won't happen again.
