Can't change lock screen wallpaper

Hello guys i am using Alcatel OneTouch Pop Star and i don't have option to change Lock screen wallpaper can you help me ?

Welcome to Android Central! Not all devices allow the user to change the lockscreen wallpaper separately from the homescreen. If you don't see the option, then it's not possible on your phone.

When i change Home screen wallpaper lock screen It is still as I have bought it (Telenor bulgaria) they don't change together

Then it just may not be possible at all. You could try a 3rd party launcher like Nova Launcher, but I'm not sure if that affects the wallpaper settings.

I download PIP Lock Screen then i make lock screen from the phone to none and it's ok (sorry for english)
