Hi everyone. I've recently bought a Huawei Honor 6X, everything was going fine when I realized that my screen was turned off much faster. I went on settings/display to change it but I saw that the option where you can change how much the screen is turned on was "off". You know what I mean, right? I just couldn't select it, I couldn't even press it... What's happening? Please help

Welcome to Android Central! Moved from the Nougat forum to the Honor 6X forum.

Any power-saving modes on? If so, turn them off and see if the problem persists.

Here is the copied message I received from the FB Honor USA page when I asked them the same question. This fixed the problem.
thank you for contacting Huawei, it will be a pleasure to assist you today. We know this situation can be very frustrating, however, in order to correct it, please consider the following:
- Choose Settings.
- Then scroll down to Advanced settings and hit this option.
- From the following options select Reset all Settings.
- Finally, choose Reset all Settings, and confirm the whole operation tapping Reset all Settings one more time.
- Restart the phone and set the screen timeout again.
- Make a test.
Do not hesitate contact us if you need further assistance or you have any doubts. We wish you a nice day.

I also cannot change the lock screen image.
On Setting > Screen lock > Screen lock style -
there is only one 'option': "Magazine unlock" with a generic purple image.
I did the reset suggested on this page but it didn't help.
