When and Why did Sprint stop allowing Billing of cellphones to our account?

That's the question I have to why did they stop. I have been doing it for years. I guess they need the cash.

Sometime over the last year they stopped doing this... I too used to charge my phones to my account then drag the payments out over 2 or 3 months

I asked two years ago about billing for my new phone and they told me I had to pay total price up front for phone.

Hmm, I must have just caught the cut off then.. I purchased my last two Epic 4g's back in late Nov 2010 and we were able to put them on the account..

They did this because people would bill a phone to their account and then skip out on the bill. It makes a lot more financial sense for a company to not allow it.

Completely agree.. I figured one day it would be gone, I just wasn't sure when exactly they got rid of it.. I'm surprised they ever offered this in the first place.
