cant connect gear fit 2 pro Losing will to live !!!

[Android Central Question]

i have tried connecting my gear fit to three android devices one of which has the up to date operating system, to the app on play store and galaxy store all 3 android mobiles will not pick the watch up, i have tried on my new lg phone unable to connect have tried on my sons Samsung galaxy where the app in play store is different, which i think the app is older but still cant connect the only the one i can connect to is the galaxy edge which is my other sons phone, i have also tried with my granddaughters Samsung tablet and my nexus i understand about the up to date operating systems as my son explained it to me but can any one recommend the phones it does work with, Thanks

Do these devices have more than 1.5 GB of memory? They have to have more than that to connect.
