cant connect moto g to windows xp sp3

i use windows xp sp3,upgraded from sp2 to sp3.i have installed motorola device manager..PTP works sucesfully.but MTP not working.

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, I don't have a direct answer for you--but I would highly recommend that you upgrade Windows to at least Windows 7. XP is out of date, no longer supported by Microsoft, and a potentially large security risk for you.

Did the device manager update the drivers for the PC and your phone?

Give this a try maybe: Download Media Transfer Protocol Porting Kit from Official Microsoft Download Center

I'm not too sure it's what you need though. Maybe try Windows Update and see if it can find a driver.
