Can't contact sprint to unlock device

So I was trying to unlock my samsung a20 using the 'uicc unlock' option but it wouldn't work. So i inserted my local sim card and i got the message "invalid sim card" and "Please contact sprint to unlock your device". So I tried to open the sprint website but I keep getting 'Access denied'. I assume it's because the website is USA only. But even with a VPN I cant open it. Any advice?

This is helpful but is there no other way to contact them other than calling them?
