Can't copy files to folders

Hello, i am trying to make a screen record with SCR free, but every time i tap to record, the app says that was unable to create the directory for the video. Also, i tryied to copy music to android's "Music" folder and no success. What can this be? I have a rooted android 4.4.2. Thanks.:'(

How are you trying to copy the files? Using a file manager app, or using your computer's file manager via USB connection?
