Cant delet files in Adoptable Storage

[Android Central Question]

I have my android MOTO Z for a while and it worked as adoptable storage. The thing is that when I try to delet image or video or whatever from the "adoptable Storage" folder, the system says it fails to erase.. So my SD disk is now full and I cant delete anything.

Any suggestions?

That's by design. Adopted storage means that you have converted the SD card into permanent storage for the phone, and you should not be trying to delete or add files to the SD card from another device.

If you wanted to use the SD card for storage, you should have formatted it as portable storage, not internal storage.
