Can't delete a recording.

Last night I was trying to delete two programs that I had recorded previously. Both programs had been watched. I was unable to delete them on my TV using my Firestick under the DVR button from my Recast. I tried using two different TVs and Firesticks.

This morning I tried again on the TV with no go and then decided to try it on my cell phone using the app. This time it worked. What gives?

I have successfully deleted viewed programs in the past. Any idea what happened or how to fix this in the future?

Where was the program stored, on the Firestick, on the phone or on the DVR? (You can only delete it from where it's stored.)

It was stored in the Amazon Recast. I was using the DVR tab on the Amazon Fire Stick to select my recorded programs on the Recast and after watching them I wanted to delete the recording but it wouldn't let me. I wonder if it is a software issue on Amazons part?
