Can't disable full battery notification?

So, when the phone finishes charging the screen lights up with a notification and won't go away until I swipe and dismiss it. The problem with that is I like to charge my phone while I'm sleeping, but bright lights and sleep don't mix very well.

Is there a way to disable the notification?

Try muting the phone overnight. If that doesn't work, then I think it might require rooting and using something like Xposed Framework.
