cant dl samusng app

i uninstalled kindle for samsung on s tab because it would sing me in so uninstall and went to redl but get error

error
your samsung acount has been disabled. enable it by going to applications manager>samsung account..
so i go to application mgr and the only thing i see is galaxy apps and
samsung milk music
samsung print serv plugin
samsung push serv
samsung text to speech.
if i click galaxy apps i dont see anything there about enabling my samsung acct
please help me:'(

Welcome to Android Central! In the Galaxy Apps Store, tap Menu. Is there somewhere there to sign in with your Samsung account, or does it show that you're already signed in?

thanks for your help. when i open the menu in galaxy apps it does says sign into your samsung account but when i click that i get the same error message as when i tried to install kindle

Go to Settings>Accounts​, and tap Samsung. Can you remove the account there, then add it back?

finally after more hours searching on google trying different query strings i found it and it worked and i was able to dl the kindle for samsung app even though i have about 300 books on tablet(99% free ) samsung offers a free book a month with their app.
so after ALL those hours and finally installing the app and checking the samsung free books for oct i saw all 4 of them were crap and didnt dl any.
i am an *****.

Yes that's how I was able to dl the samsung for kindle app
