can't download audio or video files

On my S4 i used to download videos nd mp3 file easy.. but now on my lg g2 i doesn't show what action u want or ask if u wanna dowload or play.. any help ! That should be simple like any other phone..

No.. on any android phone a window used to appear when u press on a mp3 file or video ! Nd this window ask u what action u want download or play.. but now on my lg g2 it play straight away nd can't find a way to download easly like other phones.. nd i dnt want an app i just want it simple like the others

First, where are you pressing on a mp3 or video? In a Web browser?

Second, what app is it opening to play the media files? Go to that app and clear the details. It should then prompt you what to do when you click on it.
