can't download from market after auto-root

I just rooted using the auto root method. everything went well. i booted back up and resynced my contacts. however i am trying to download my apps from the market and i am getting the "downlaod was unsuccessful" error. i have already cleared the cache from market settings, uninstall market update, and cleared cache and data from download manage. nothing works. HELP

did you ever find a fix for this? Im having the same problem after rooting my gf's Inspire.

If your still having issue try flashing a custom rom there are a ton of very good ones to choose from. Some are just like stock but without the bloatware and a few added goodies. Check the sticky threads in the hacks section with very good instructions on how to flash.

It might be your MicroSD card. When mine died first trouble I had was I couldn't download from Market. Try to see if you can Unmount it. I couldn't 95% of the time. On the few that did I still could not format it. I swapped in one from my old BB and it worked fine. In fact it's still in there.
