Question Can't download from phone to Mac

Hi.
I have spent the past 2 hours trying to download photos from my phone to my MacBook Pro. At first it would open, but I couldn't move anything into a folder on my desktop. So I shut it all down, restarted both phone and Mac and tried again. Now I can't even get Android Transfer to even open. It just has the spinning multicolored thinking thing. I've updated both my computer and phone. I have tried different USB ports. I have removed Android Transfer and reinstalled it. No change. Any help would be appreciated.

Try using alternative methods like Google Photos or the macOS built-in "Image Capture" app to transfer your photos. If you still encounter issues, ensure your Android device's USB settings are set to "File Transfer" mode. Additionally, consider using MobiKin Assistant for Android for the transfer process.
