Can't download PDFs Galaxy S9+

When I try to download or view a PDF in a browser (I use Firefox and Chrome) the screen quickly flashes the PDF logo and then goes back to the page I was downloading from.
The PDF I "downloaded" is nowhere to be found on my phone.
I've looked in My Drive, I've looked in the Samsung downloads folder and nothing!
Any idea what's happening?

Do you have drive PDF viewer installed?

I do, I uninstalled and reinstalled and that did the trick for Chrome, thanks!
Firefox is still doing the same thing.

Install Foxit MobilePDF and you'll take care of both of them.
