Can't download Pixel wallpapers?

No I have TMobile and a data plan, I just live far away from the Corona Virus lol.

Ok the fix on mine was clear data cache and force stop. Pixel live wallpaper in apps list

Just did that and it still acts like it's downloading but just sits there. You actually have a Pixel live wallpaper app in your app drawer? I have to go through settings to get to it.

Give it few minutes, not in app drawer , only long press home screen get to wallpaper

If you go to wallpaper app in AppStore, all recent reviews talk about not being able to download wallpapers.
