can't edit or add apn on my unlocked phone (rooted)

Hey guys Ive an m8 from Verizon unlocked and I need to change my son because I'm using it on t mobile and I've found that I can't change my apn settings in order to have a better internet access I'm uploading a pic of how the setting looks like , and also I've found that there is no option called apn protocol which is the one I am more interested about .... I really hope you can all help me please

Check with your carrier (network provider) maybe they locked apn-editing on devices running on their network.

The strange part, is that you are saying that your device is unlocked and rooted, based on that you should have full access to everything.

With other phones I've had we needed our Msl number (master subsidy lock that was flashing sprint ROMs onto boost mobile
