Question Can't enable dialer notifications

I have a Google Pixel 6 running Android 14. I bought it from Google and have a digital SIM from T-Mobile. The default dialer (Phone by Google) updated on 2/12/2024 and now I get no notifications from the Phone app. As you can see, I have no option to enable them. As a result, I'm not getting any calls. I have a Google Voice number as well, and I get notifications for those calls but not on my primary phone number. I have tried clearing the app storage and cache, "uninstalling" and "reinstalling" the Phone app and nothing is working. Any help would be much appreciated.

P.S. I tried installing another dialer app but it looks like the problem appears with whatever dialer app is set as the default.

That's the standard settings, there's no option to change / enable / disable because they're ALWAYS enabled. Your issue lies somewhere else.

Whenever you have an issue like that reset the phone app to stock , to do that long press the phone app>tap info>storage>clear data then force stop it.

Worried also you mentioned Google voice number that you have might be an issue.

Welcome to Android Central! I agree that it's not a problem with the Phone app's settings -- if you'll notice, those toggles are all set to ON and greyed out, which means you're not allowed to turn them OFF.
