Can't enable new APN on Tesco Mobile

I have nexus 4 on Tesco Mobile. After doing a factory reset my mms has stopped working. I've had this problem before and was then able to fix it by either editing the existing Tesco APN or creating a new APN. I can't remember which. I have now created a new APN using previously saved details on my pc. So now I have 2 Tesco APN's on the APN name list, but there is no radio button next to the newly created APN which has a slightly different title.
I can't find an option to change the default APN or display a radio button next to the new APN. I have rebooted but to no avail.
