Can't establish a reliable connection tab 4 .70

[AC Question]

So this is annoying. I have tried everything i have seen to fix this problem. I have cleared cache, completely reset my device and tried force stopping google play services. Nothing has worked. Also i have seen that if you set your time automatically it works. On my tablet their is no option at all for time to be set automatically. PLEASE HELP

Welcome to Android Central! Is this a wi-fi only tablet? Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or only your home network?
