Can't fast-foward music further than ~10 minutes

I have some songs which are longer than 10 minutes, but I Can't choose a point in those songs which is roughly past the 10 minute mark. It's as though the default music app doesn't recognise how long the song actually is. It does play the whole song but I can't fast-foward it past ~10 minutes

I apologise about the late reply. Yes, it doesn't work on other apps either.
