Cant figure out how to turn on 4G

Hello,

I had a storm 2 and upgraded to the G3. I am still figuring out the new phone but can't find even the basic option to turn on the 4G network. I live in Chicago so I know there is 4G network here. Reading other threads it seems that:
1) Verizon removed the ability to select which network to use
2) I might need a different SIM card to get 4G? The SIM card I have was just swapped from my Storm 2. Both of these phones are work phones so I really didn't set them up...

The SIM card you have is a 4G card? Why not get a new card - they are free. You shouldn't have to turn anything on to get 4G.
