Can't find bluetooth connection with my earbudds

[Android Central Question]

I have a huawei mate pro 20, it's a great phone but when I try to connect with my Bluetooth earbudds, my phone can't see the earbudds, why not? (my earbudds are not connected to another device)
I have the Lace wireless fresh 'n rebel Bluetooth earbudds.

Yes, I already did that. But my phone can't find them. I already tried my earbuds to connect with other phones and it works. But not with my huawei mate pro 20.

Yes my phone can find tv's, my car and other phones.
