Can't find developer option after update 4.3

I used to go to developer option to turn off all the animation stuff..but I can't find it after 4.3 installed..any one know?

developer option is hidden by default on 4.3

to enable go to settings-->About Phone-->tap "Build number" 7 times

how about finding the HTC updates? All I can see now are the AT&T Updates, but no more HTC updates option.

Hi there! Is your advice for the US version or the International one? I have the US version and for my life i can't find "Build number" under About Phone, which is also non-existent. Could you please advice further? UPDATE: Never mind, just found it under "About Device"> Build number. Thanks!!
