So on my xoom while playing a song in Google music you can hit menu in the upper right corner and select an eq setting. However on my GS3 when hitting menu there is no equalizer. My apps are both up to date. Does this have something to do with the GS3 not having software buttons? Also on my GS3 I can't make any songs available offline like I can on my xoom. Thanks.

It should come up if you are playing a song and you are at the now playing screen. Hit the menu button and equalizer should be the top option

Pardon all of the screenshots, but they may help clear things up:

I just tried gsders method, it's there.. Btw gsder what is the app that allowed you to caption the screen shot

"may the odds be in your favor"

do people in US spell favour "favor" the same as they spell colour "color"?
im all for it! the english language has too many wasted letters.
i get shouted at on UK forums for usin txt shorthand by grammar-nazis but i hink itz da future ;)

global s3, UK. Ask me anything and ill reply even if its just an intelligent (or stupid) guess ;)

Gsder thank you for the excellent screen shots. I figured out the save to device no problem. But in the exact same view you have shown equalizer is still not in the menu... Not sure what the problem is here.

Probably my fault for understanding what I meant when I said 'Menu softkey' I am referring to the capacitive button just to the left of the physical Home button - it usually serves the purpose of bringing up the menu (if one is available) in any given application.

I´m still looking for equelizer in Goolge Music (LG G2 Mini). The strage thing is in another android device (Asus Phonepad) i have the same version of Google Music and the equelizer is there.

Seriously, this. I have a Nexus 5 and a G2. The equaliser is on the Nexus, but not on the G2. What the hell is going on there?

I even checked Play to check that "Google Music" was the latest version, which indeed it was.

Edit: Not exactly the right topic, will make a new one.
