Can't force default TTS to Google TTS Engine

Hey.
I have a Galaxy S4 Mini.

When I am in hands free mode, I always hear "You have a new message from (name)" in the Samsung TTS engine, despite having the Google TTS Engine selected as the Preferred TTS engine.
I also notice that S Voice won't use Google TTS either.

Is there a way to correct this?

Any feedback at all?
Do you guys hear the samsung voice, or the google voice on your end when you get a text message in hands free mode?

Is there another forum I should try asking at?

I don't really use the TTS function on mu phone, but sinve your question is related to samsung configiration, try asking on a higher level on these forums. It's the same configuration on the platform.

One quick question is why do you want to use Google's TTS? Is it better or just something you want.
