Can't forward emails.

Android Central Question

I recently got back from vacation and had my Samsung Galaxy S7 set for international. I have since reset my phone back to 'local' settings, however, I am now unable to forward any of my emails to my other email address. I just get a popup box that says "can't send email" and it directs me to my outbox. How can I set it up to be able to forward my emails again?

What email app are you using, and what type of email accounts are you using? (Gmail, IMAP from your ISP, POP3 from your ISP, Exchange from your workplace?)
 
I use the email from my ISP (POP3). The email app is the one that came with the phone (sorry, I don't know how to find anything else out)
