Can't get 4g

In 4g area did a batt pull and sim card pull flashed a new radio and still nothing but 3g

Have you had your SIM replaced? It might be bad.

If you take it to a Verizon store they will probably give you a SIM card. If that doesn't work, it's time for a referb device. I had to do the same thing, for the same reason, about 3 weeks ago. The good news is that the device really was good as new.
