can't get air gestures to work

I have it air gestures turned on but I can't get air jump to work. Its turned on but I can't scroll in the stock browser or email where it says it works. I've tried everything and all the other gestures work. Any thoughts

Mine don't work either & I even exchanged my phone & the 2nd one came from another batch. It made a couple things work that didn't before, but I couldn't get it to work in stock or other browser. In the settings when you click for more information, it says it's supported by email though not internet. Where it says Air jump - scroll web pages in screen sized jumps, click on that . It says this feature is supported by: - Email (the body of the email) So its not even supported by a browser so not sure why it says that under the Air jump setting in the first place.
