can't get data to work on my Verizon Wireless phone using Walmart family plan mobile service

I am able to make phone calls send and receive text messages but whenever I am trying to use the internet apps that use the internet anything involving that it will not work this is Walmart family plan service with a SIMs card put inside of the Verizon phone

Did Walmart sell you the phone? Or did you put a Verizon SIM into a phone that can't access Verizon towers?

If Walmart did it all, bring the phone back and ask them to fix or replace it. (While you wait - no "we'll send it out and you'll get it back when it's done" - you didn't have to wait to pay for it, did you?)
