Can't get MMS

This is the second time this has happened since I've had my Note 7. The first time, it just went away on it's own after a couple of hours, but this morning, it's lasted a little longer. I'm getting what looks to be a text message popping up every 5 minutes or so that says "Check Settings>MMS>APNs (tap to retry)". I can click the message to "retry" and absolutely nothing happens. So I've gone into Settings, and i see absolutely nothing under settings called MMS (which I know stands for Multimedia Messaging Service).

I've been getting texts this morning, no problem, but this message every 5 minutes is driving me mad! Help me please. What do I do? I've even re-started the phone...and still getting the message.

Could be a network issue and not your phone. Are you on Verizon?

I had this issue pop up.
For me, it was caused by Textra. I reinstalled and the problem went away.

yes, I am on Verizon and i do use Textra. I'll try to delete and re-install and see if that helps. Thanks!

I am on T-Mobile and I have received a message about unable to receive mms and retry and all that a few times myself. Like yours, mine went away on its own
