I searched so hopefully I'm not double posting, if I am please forgive me...
I got sick of waiting for the update from Google and decided to try and load on Froyo with my stock non-rooted Nexus One. I used to have a rooted G1 and am not new to flashing ROM's or the process of rooting but I cannot get to the screen to load a new update. I followed the instructions from the article "Froyo on your Nexus One -- AT&T and T-Mobile" (mine is a T-Mobile version) and when I get to the exclamation warning my phone stops and holding up on the volume rocker and pressing power does nothing. I am not sure of what to do from this point on but was hoping someone could tell me what I over looked since I'm beating my head against the wall. Thanks in advance for any tips/advice!
