Can't get phone out of case?

Hi all. i have the case mate 2-piece (rubber bumper and plastic snap on back) on my phone. I want to take it off, but cannot for the life of me get it off. Any tips?

Fingernails help I find if I start with a corner and lightly work down one side, once that is up you can kinda slide the hard shell toward the other side and is should come off. They are tight, which is why they're also good. Just take it easy and don't pry it up very much as a time. Good luck

Wound up half following both of you - used a thin tweezer (like I probably shouldn't have) and was able to pop off the plastic backing. Thanks both of you!
