Everytime I try to back up my cloud I keep getting this error message that there isn't any space. I've checked my Samsung Cloud in the phone and online and Im only using 6% of my space. I had this issue on my first note 9. I can't seem to figure out what's wrong . Does anyone else have this issue and is there a way to fix it ? I'm posting screenshots of the error messages and the graph showing how much space I'm using. Skip Messages and try. Then try just with Messages enabled.

Perhaps there's something about the messages file(s) and DB.

Oh, and thought I heard that Samsung was going to stop with supporting the backup of 3rd party apps if that matters.

I'll try your suggestions. I don't even back up the apps. Mainly gallery, messages, call log, and s notes.

Gayle I tried what you said and everything backed up, but i only get that message when it does the automatic sync/ back up. Should I turn that off and just do it manually?

I am seeing "Messages" with a check mark next to it to be backed up - where it next says it was unable.

Something on your end, it Samsung Cloud related to corrupt file or index.

Now that you've got a good manual backup, you tried automatic and it still had error? Or have to wait for next scheduled bkup to run.

I'm having the same problem.

I probably should just delete all my messages and just start over.maybe me the back up of the messages from my previous phone is causing this issue. I shall see if it works at 3 am lol.
