Everytime I try to back up my cloud I keep getting this error message that there isn't any space. I've checked my Samsung Cloud in the phone and online and Im only using 6% of my space. I had this issue on my first note 9. I can't seem to figure out what's wrong . Does anyone else have this issue and is there a way to fix it ? I'm posting screenshots of the error messages and the graph showing how much space I'm using.
