Can't get Tile App to login. New member help

Hi, I am new to this forum.
Hope it's ok to ask my question here.
I just installed the Tile App on my phone. I signed up giving my only email and providing a password. I always take screenshots of passwords and username info before submitting to sign up pages.
After submitting email and a password I attempted to login but was told email and password don't match! After checking my screenshot and verifying I was using the correct password a couple of more times, I then tried to reset the password even though I am using the correct password. I then was told an email was sent but then no email ever arrives.
I am not missing their email in spam or anywhere else in my email inbox. I know my email client quit well and nothing is showing up. They aren't sending me a reset link. I have re-entered my email address to make sure but nothing arrives.
Hopefully this is just a short lived glitch that will resolve but for now it's quite disappointing.
