Cant Get USB Debugging Working on my Note 8.

[Android Central Question]

When I connect my phone to my computer (Wired or Wireless) I get the "All USB debugging?" prompt on my phone. (The one that shows your RSA key fingerprint). The problem is that I can't press "OK" on it. Its not grayed out or anything its still blue, i just cant press "OK". If I connect it through a wire I get 2 prompts, the RSA key fingerprint one and another saying that it failed and that I need to reconnect my phone and try it again. Please help guys.
