Can't hide stickies?

I just upgraded to the newest version of the AC Forums app and now all the sticky posts are showing up. In earlier versions, I could hide read stickies, but now it looks like this option was removed. Is that true, or am I missing it somewhere?

I hope I'm just missing it or that option will be restored, because to be frank, it really sucks scrolling through a half page of stickies that I've already read or are not applicable to me just to get to the new posts of a particular forum.

The 3 dot menu has changed too. The "Jump to First Unread" is gone.

I've also noticed when I open the app, it now sometimes opens to the trending tab instead of the subscribed tab I always use. In prior versions, it always opened to the last used tab (subscribed, in my case). It still does this most of the time, but every once in a while it glitches and goes to the trending tab.

And now it seems if I switch to another app and come back after a short time, the forums app will try to refresh whatever screen I'm in and hang bad enough I have to flit exit and restart the app. The older versions would occasionally do this (not that I like it), but would at least load the page again without hanging up.

Can I get a copy of the last version please? This new one really missed the mark in a lot of areas.
