Can't identify stuck pixel or messed up screen.

So, hey. Basically I fell on my tablet and my knee landed on the screen.
Now I can see small green dots and a white thing over them, i can also see a small portion and small blue dots above. Is this a stuck pixels or is the screen messed up? If it's a stuck pixel, how can I fix it without causing damage to my screen? Please reply ASAP

Welcome to Android Central! It sounds more like a damaged screen. That defective area might start spreading, so make sure all of your important data is backed up or synced somewhere in case the screen completely fails without warning. Then bring it to a repair shop.
