Can't import sim contact

i got a samsung gelaxy s6 phone version marshmellow,But i can't import my sim phonbook,in the contact setting in import option it does not show no sim option. It shows import vcf to only device and my google account. Then what should i do?

This depends on the carrier of your phone. Verizon does not allow contacts to be stored or imported from SIM. I believe the others mostly do allow it. I would prefer not to have any personal information stored in a little chip that could be removed and easily read by some hack.
