I put my nexus back to stock for jband now it wont accept the fg02 update, it shows the Android laying down with a red triangle above him, any help guys?

You need to flash the update.zip file using a custom recovery like CWM. Don't worry you don't have to be rootedsame thing happened to me...
You must not have been updated fully for whatever reason.. Sounds like you were on stock released FC12 if its updating you to FD02. Once that is complete you can wash, rinse and repeat and hopefully be recieving/upgrading to FH05 JellyBean.For some reason, my Sprint GNex is trying to install the FD02 Update!?! Why? Does anyone have any advice?

Everytime I try to install the update I get an error message.
E: failed verification whole-signature
E: failed verification signature
Am I doing something wrong?
I am currently running ICS. Bootloader is unlocked and phone is not rooted.

So did flashing the stock recovery.img via FASTBOOT fix your issues with the stock recovery?
