can't load old card on new phone

So I was using Samsung pay with my Galaxy S6 and my BOA debit. Then I switched to a Note 5 and when I try to load the same.card.onto my note 5, the app tells me the card is invalid.
Anyone know what's going on?

I'm not sure if this will help, but you might want to check it out. Can I use the same payment card with more than one device using Samsung Pay?
