Can't make app purchases and bill to Sprint account?

I'm trying to purchase an app from the Google Play Store and bill the purchase to my Sprint account. Everytime I try to save the payment method and info I get an error message and to try again. Does anyone have any idea what's going? I'm trying to do this over WiFi so I wouldn't think there would be a problem.

I think I might have had this same issue. You have to contact Google wallet people and they will raise an incident and eventually a "specialist" will fix this purchasing apps issue and you will be able to buy apps again.

If you tried all the other things like clearing the cache from the play store and what not and that still doesn't work than you have to do the thing I said above.

I had a similar problem but after contacting Google, it ended up being my Sprint account that was the problem. Apparently the default setting in my account was set to block all app purchases for my device, and once I changed it, my "bill to carrier" purchases worked right away.

Log into your Sprint billing account on their site, click on the "My preferences" tab, and under the category "Limits and permissions" there is a "Block apps & digital media downloads " link. Hope that helps.

Bit of an update, long story short turned out it I was getting the error because I was data roaming, even though I was still connected to WiFi. I turned WiFi off and then went to a spot where I wasn't data roaming and had absolutely no problem.
