Can't make calls Samsung S4 on 4G LTE, but can call out.

I cannot receive calls on my Samsung S4 when I'm on 4 G LTE......it has to be set to GSM/WCDMA. (I can make calls fine). This is very frustrating! {My daughter has the same phone and hers does not do this.} When I want to use my data I have to switch over to it and just hope that no one is trying to call me while I'm using data! Any solution to my problem?!

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure VoLTE is turned on (which is called different things depending on the carrier, like Advanced Calling, Enhanced 4G LTE, HD Calling, and other things). Who is your carrier?
