Hello, not sure if anyone else has had this issue where I step out of the house, I turn the WiFi off and then try to make a call and it doesn't go through. I have to switch the Airplane Mode on and off in order for it to work. Can anyone recommend anything?

I have to use Wi-Fi calling at my house because of poor reception. I never turn it off. When I'm not, I'm able to make and receive calls just fine, and when I return home, the phone automatically switches back to Wi-Fi calling.

Just to be sure, you have good cell signal when you turn off wi-fi?

Like was already mentioned, just leave wi-fi on... your phones designed to automatically switch between wi-fi and cell data to make calls. Turning wi-fi off and on is what's causing the issues.

What happens if you switch off your wifi (shutting down the modem); does it switch automatically to LTE or 3G? If yes, then I would ask why turn it off if working.
