Can't make outgoing calls

Whenever I try to place a call, the time counter will be going up, but I don't hear anything, eventually the call ends after 30 seconds or so.

I can't even call *228 successfully to update roaming.

Anyone else experience this?

Did you have any issues during phone activation and initial programming? Sounds like something didn't quite happen correctly there, and VZW is simply not picking up your calls.

Can you send/receive SMS?

I did a full shut-down, and restart. Now working great!
