Cant obtain full Charge

Im not sure if its my phone or another issue but recently I have not been able to ever obtain full charge on my phone(i.e green light) I am rooted and have used every Rom imaginable. About two weeks ago I noticed that my battery would only obtain about 85% charge, and this is after having it on the charger while i sleep. Were talking a minimum of six hours and still not able to obtain a full charge.... I know its not the battery, because I have multiple backups, and even had Verizon send me a replacement. Im thinking its the phone, but wanted to exhaust all my options before obtaining a replacement.... Any thoughts?

Just a thought, but wipe your batt stats and charge the battery to full when the phone is off (bump it a few times to be sure).

When you start up, the system will make a new battstats.bin and likely read what charge you're at as full.

I'd suggest changing ROMs... you did not say which ROM you were running, but it's worth a try... maybe a different Sense ROM or change to a AOSP ROM if you are using a Sense ROM... see what happens.

Another great suggestion, but I have done that also... I think its an issue with the phone itself...

Than you should unroot your device and bring it into a Verizon store.

I had the same problem. Tried everything imaginable. Called Verizon and they sent me a new phone covered under the 1 year warranty.
