Can't power on phone, power and volume buttons not working

Power button and volume button aren't working on my galaxy a13. Wondering if there is a way to power it on

You sure battery doesn't need charging or bad battery? Plug a known good charger fore few hours.

Try pressing and holding Power for about 30 seconds.
