Can't purchase apps on Samsung Gear Apps store

I've been trying to download some paid apps but, every time I go to purchase an app, I get an Error. First, when I tap on the purchase price, it takes brings up the Samsung account box and asks me for my password. I input it and then the screen goes to the App permissions box which lets me know what functions the app will require. I hit Accept, get a Loading bar and then an error that says: "Server error occurred.(userEmail:..) the ... is my samsung account email.

I can't seem to find an answer anywhere to this issue. Any thoughts?
